• For the first time in the history of AIOC we are experimenting to choose what you want to eat.
  1. Please select very carefully because any change in food preference will attract a charge of Rs. 200/- per meal.
  2. If you do not select any preference we will consider it to be GUJARATI/RAJASTHANI(ONLY VEGETARIAN).
  3. All spot registration will be only eligible for GUJARATI/RAJASTHANI(ONLY VEGETARIAN).
  4. Food preference of the Main Member is same for all Associate Members.
• In this 69th AIOC there is more than Ophthalmology. Here is a suggested list of activities we are planning to host during the 69th AIOC. We would like to know your preference. Please indicate the most preferred activity as 1 and subsequently rate them in numericals in the boxes provided in the registration form.
• We are planning to webcast live/recording of some selected sessions of the conference for those who may not be able to attend physically, at a nominal charge of Rupees One Thousand. Being done for the first time in AIOC, please let us know if you would be interested for it.
