• For the first time in the history of AIOC we are experimenting you to choose what you want to eat.
    1. Please select very carefully because any change in food preference will attract a charge of Rs.200 per meal.
    2. If you do not select any preference we will consider it to be GUJARATI/RAJASTHANI(ONLY VEGETARIAN).
    3. All spot registrations will be only eligible for GUJARATI/RAJASTHANI(ONLY VEGETARIAN).
  • Take away food packets will be given on the last day.Please register for the same on the first day at the venue.
  • Alcohol consumption is prohibited in Gujarat. To help us in seeking a permit for you, please send us your permenent residence proof (out of Gujarat) along with the registration from.
  • We are planning to webcase live/recording of some selected sessions of the conference for those who may not be able to attend physically, at a nominal charge of Rupees One Thousand. Being done for the first time on AIOC, please let us know if you would be interested in registering for it.
  • Barcoded badge will be sent to your address mentioned in the registration form, if you register before 30th Novemeber.
